Re-brand & video marketing for North Wales Property Agent

TLC PROPERTY

TLC came to us for a re-brand. They’d been working in Lettings for years, but had sights set on a wider market for the future and to expand into property sales as well. We worked with them to create a fresh brand identity that reflected the extensive experience their founder has in the market and attract new clients to their portfolio.

Brand identity

We chose a classic font and luxurious colour palette of Navy and Gold, choosing to add sophisticated touches like foiling and premium paper stocks to bring their printed collateral to another level!

TLC wanted to really make a statement with their rebrand, expanding their offering from Lettings to Sales as well meant a strong and confident brand presence was needed.

We designed shop signage for them, business cards, collateral, even greeting cards and tea towels for new tenants.

Digital marketing Campaign

There were big changes in legislation starting December 1st in the uk, affecting both Landlords & Tenants. The laws are to improve how we rent, manage and live in homes in Wales and across the UK.

We worked with TLC Property on a social media video campaign, to raise awareness about these changes and ensure existing clients were compliant.

This campaign also formed part of the wider TLC Rebrand launch, advertising the services they provide from their base in Llandudno, and across North Wales.

Brand launch event

We worked with TLC to officially launched their new branding with an event at their Llandudno HQ. Branded bubbly and cupcakes all round! It was a fun night and a great opportunity for them to meet and greet potential new clients.
