TikTok Video Content for a National Charity Parenting Campaign

The Brief
NSPCC approached Yoke to support the launch of their Family Network TikTok campaign - a new strand of parenting content designed to reach UK parents with relatable, everyday support through short-form video.
The aim: build trust and awareness by sharing real stories from real parents, brought to life in a safe, natural, and emotionally resonant way.
Our task was to turn 11 carefully selected quotes from the NSPCC’s Family Network into authentic, user-generated style TikTok videos - delivering everything from creative direction and casting through to VO recording, editing and final delivery.
Real content by real parents
We took a UGC-first approach:
Real creators, briefed to film everyday moments
Voiceovers recorded separately to ensure safety and clarity
No direct speech or children’s faces on camera
Subtle editing, captions and music designed for TikTok’s feed
Each film was built around a single, emotionally resonant idea - from burnout and bedtime to friendship and parenthood identity. The content speaks directly to the realities of raising kids in 2025, with messages like:
"Do you want to be heard, helped or hugged?"
"Making friends as a parent is hard - and that’s OK."
"The Ta-Dah List changed everything."

Yoke delivered:
11 TikTok-ready videos, formatted 9:16 for organic posting
Voiceover .wav files, caption scripts and in-app music guides
Raw creator footage for future NSPCC edits and reuse
Every film was designed to feel natural, relatable and emotionally truthful — while fully complying with NSPCC’s safeguarding policies and consent procedures.
The series helped NSPCC connect with parents in a fresh, authentic way — showing that short-form video can be both heartfelt and responsible.

Using TikTok for Good: How UGC Storytelling Builds Connection
This project shows how charities can use TikTok and UGC-style storytelling to reach new audiences with empathy and care.
For Yoke, it was a chance to combine creative strategy with social impact — and to help one of the UK’s most trusted charities extend its message of support to thousands of parents across the country.
