The cost depends on the length of your event, location, number of sessions, format and how many illustrators you need. Tell us what you are planning and we can recommend an approach and provide a clear quote.

For many talks, workshops and smaller conferences, one illustrator is enough. Larger events, parallel sessions or events with several spaces may need two or more illustrators. We can recommend the right team once we know your schedule and format.

It is worth getting in touch as soon as you have your date, particularly for larger conferences and busy event periods. If your event is coming up soon, still ask as we may have availability.
