Ethical Workforce Solutions Launches Third Training Centre — and Yoke Are Proud to Be Part of It

We’ve been working closely with Ethical Workforce Solutions for almost a year now — and it’s been an exciting one to be part of.

Following the success of their Colwyn bay and Manchester training centres- On 5 June 2025, EWS officially opens the doors to their third UK training centre in just twelve months, this time in Ellesmere Port. The launch event will be marked by a fully booked session of their powerful and immersive Experiencing Dementia course — and we couldn’t be prouder to have supported them with their creative and marketing needs.

As their creative partner, we’ve helped EWS grow from a regional training provider to a national name in health and social care education. From designing campaign graphics and building their video content strategy, to refining their messaging and updating their website, our collaboration keeps evolving as they do.

Creative That Keeps Up With the Care Sector

Ethical Workforce Solutions doesn’t stand still — and neither does our creative support.
This year alone, we’ve:

  •  Shot and edited powerful short-form video content across multiple training themes

  •  Help develop immersive content including VR simulations.

  •  Refreshed web content and blog copy for stronger SEO performance

  •  Designed new event materials, flyers and email campaigns

  •  Created branded templates and assets to support the in-house team

  •  Helped promote award nominations, partnerships, and national

    campaigns

Ellesmere Port marks a significant expansion — not just geographically, but in EWS’s ability to deliver accessible, trauma-informed, bilingual training to even more learners across England and Wales.

“Experiencing Dementia” — An Event Worth Talking About

The centre’s launch coincides with a special delivery of Experiencing Dementia, EWS’s flagship CPD-accredited training day that uses virtual reality, specially commissioned videos and sensory simulation to offer a powerful insight into what it might feel like to live with dementia. It’s an experience that’s already resonated with hundreds of care professionals across the UK.
